If you wish for your child to walk home from school by themselves please complete the below permission slip.

Please note that only children from year 3 to 6 are permitted to walk home alone. If a child in year 3 to 6 has a sibling in Key Stage 1 they are not permitted to collect their sibling without an adult over the age of 16.

Please also note that all children MUST be collected from any after school club. No child will be permitted to walk home alone from an after school club at any time.

Parents giving permission for their child to walk home alone take full responsibility for the safety of their child when travelling. Please ensure that you are confident that your child is ready to walk to/from school independently before signing this form.
