Cancellation policy: If you wish to cancel or reschedule a booking please note the following cancellation conditions: There is no cancellation fee if you cancel/reschedule 48 hours or more prior to the session (if deposit is paid then can be transferred to the next appointment or refunded ) If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours prior to the session then a cancellation fee will be incurred. It is €25 for a brow treatment booking. The full cost of a session will be charged if you fail to show for your appointment. How to Cancel your Appointment: Cancellations can be made by TEXTING the salon on 085 248 7390 - make sure you get a confirmation text that says we received your cancellation.
