2022-23 Capistrano USD Math Course Placement Testing - Registration Form 7th - 9th Grades

Please complete this form if your child is transferring into a Capistrano USD middle school or high school for the 2022-23 school year and is required to take a math course placement test to qualify for an accelerated math course as follows:

- Incoming Grade 7 students who want to enroll in "Math 7 Accelerated" or "Algebra 1" instead of "Math 7" (the grade-level Grade 7 math course).

- Incoming Grade 8 students who want to enroll in "Algebra 1" or "Geometry" instead of "Math 8" (the grade-level Grade 8 math course).

- Incoming Grade 9 students who want to enroll in "Geometry" or "Honors Algebra 2/Trig" instead of "Algebra 1" (the grade-level Grade 9 math course).

If your child will be enrolling in the "regular" grade-level course listed above for his/her grade level, you do not need to complete this form.

If you would like your incoming Grade 7, 8, or 9 child to enroll in an accelerated math course as indicated above, please complete the form below and click "SUBMIT". If you have more than one child that this applies to, then please complete a separate form for each child.
