2023 Jefferson Ball Registration

Please join the Colonial Dance Club of Richmond on Saturday, November 4, 2023 for the Jefferson Ball. Doors open at 6:00 pm and dancing begins promptly at 6:30 pm. Refreshments will be served at the break, and dancing will finish by 10:30pm.  There will be a free dance review/walkthrough session on the afternoon of the ball from 1:30 to 3:30 pm in the ballroom.  

We are delighted that our live music will be provided by the popular dance musicians  Dave Wiesler,  Paul Oorts, and Elke Baker who are known for their creative and uplifting arrangements of English Country Dance tunes.

You may refer to the Jefferson Ball flyer for the list of ball dances, the paper registration form, and COVID-19 policies. Full instructions for all dances can be found on the crib sheet, or you may see them danced by other groups on our YouTube playlist.

You may complete your registration by physically mailing in the form on the flyer with a check.  Alternatively you may fill out this form and send a Zelle payment or mail a check. Ball tickets cost $35 per person, but students tickets have a reduced price of $25. Henrico County does not allow collecting fees on site, so you must pre-register.
