1. Participation and Program
By signing this Agreement I acknowledge that dog training may involve risks to myself, members of my family, or my dog. I assume all risks associated with participating in this training class and will not hold Passion Fur Paws,  its instructors, employees, or affiliates responsible in the event of injury to myself, family members or my dog. I agree to comply with the instructions, rules and decisions of the training instructor as it relates to me or my dog’s ability to safely complete this course.
 
I also agree to assume all responsibility for any damage done to property, persons, or other dogs done by me or my dog’s actions.
 
2. Client Responsibility
I agree that it is my responsibility to check my email and the Passion Fur Paws Facebook page for any changes that have been made at the last minute for any reason.  If class Is cancelled for any reason, Passion Fur Paws will hold make-up sessions every other Wednesday, please see calendar for details.
If this make-up class is missed, the opportunity to make the class up is forfeited. Not showing without prior notice of at least 24 hours counts a lesson and no make-up class or refund is allowed.
 
Furthermore, I understand that all dogs participating in the training classes of Passion Fur Paws must be free of any infectious disease and must be current on all appropriate vaccinations, including Bordetella, distemper, parvovirus and rabies. I also understand that all dogs enrolled in the training course must be receiving monthly preventative treatments for the control of fleas.
 
3. Photo Release
I grant permission to Passion Fur Paws to use my pet’s photograph(s) and/or video(s) taken during training sessions, outings, and social hour for educational and promotional purposes in any type of media.
 
4. Release
I hereby agree and covenant for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and anyone else who may claim on my behalf to waive, release and discharge Passion Fur Paws, and its employees from any and all claims arising out of or in connection with or in any way related this training class.
 
5. Prepayment
I agree and understand that the paperwork that is sent to me needs to be filled out in its entirety and the invoice that I receive needs to be prepaid in order for me to secure my place in class.
 
I understand if I am booking a private lesson that paperwork that is sent to me needs to be filled out in its entirety and the invoice that I receive needs to be paid in order for me to secure my selected appointment time.
 
6. Termination
Passion Fur Paws is committed to providing all program participants with a positive and productive experience. By signing below, I agree that the Passion Fur Paws, at its sole discretion, may limit, suspend, or terminate my right to participate in the program without forgiveness of any previous payments if I don’t make my regular payments, wish to leave, become disruptive or difficult to work with, fail to follow program guidelines, or if my behavior impairs the ability of instructors or fellow participants to participate in the program.
 
 
7. Results of training
Passion Fur Paws has made every effort to accurately represent the program and its potential. I understand that Passion Fur Paws does not guarantee the results of its canine training classes. Every individual’s success depends on many factors, including his or her background, dedication, desire, motivation, and the nature of the business in which he or she is engaged. I agree that the success of any training program is based on owner compliance. Training is a process which takes time, patience and dedication and lots of practice! Please communicate with Passion Fur Paws if you are having trouble executing a command. Passion Fur Paws will work with you until you get it. 
 
8. Refunds
Upon unlikely termination of the program, Only cancellations made 96 hours (4 days) or more in advance will receive a refund. No registration refunds are given for cancellations made within the 96 hours (4 days) prior to class or a board and train that was cancelled for any reason. You will receive classes and/or private sessions that add up to the same amount. This applies whether payments are made weekly, monthly, or in full, private one on one sessions are non refundable once the appointment is set, date selected, and intake forms received.
Once a board and train is scheduled there are no refunds as the trainer has blocked that time out specifically for your dog. When appropriate, we can offer a credit transfer to one of our other services that must be used within 60 days of purchase.
 
9. Complaints Procedure
Complaints are an opportunity for improvement, which are embraced by our company. Passion Fur Paws takes time to understand the customers unique perspective, encourage open lines of communication to resolve the issue, and ensure that the solution Passion Fur Paws has created solves the client’s problem long term and leaves them feeling listened to, valued and appreciated. In the very rare case of not being able to resolve a problem, clients are encouraged to contact Crystal Villarreal directly, and she will provide detailed documentation to support.
 
10. Entire Agreement
The terms of this Agreement constitute the entire agreement between Passion Fur Paws and me and supersede any prior or contemporaneous written, oral, or implied agreement related to the Program. If any portion of this agreement is unenforceable, such portion shall be severed and the remainder of this Agreement shall be fully enforceable. If you are in a program that has a reoccurring tuition cost please provide a 30 day notice in writing to cancel your reoccurring payment.

All agreements made under this contract shall be construed In accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan.
