Charity Donation Days Request Form
If you are a registered non-profit organization, we invite you to fill out this form to request participation in our Charity Donation Days where a work week is chosen for your supporters to shop and your organization will receive 20% of purchases. If chosen, a code will be provided for supporters to shop in store or online Monday through Friday during your specific week.  Please note we don't offer Charity Donation Days during November and December.
Requests need to be received at least one month before you'd like to schedule your donation week.
