* Identify your core values and how to create content that aligns with them
* How to connect with accounts that inspire you
* Which platform is best for you and why: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook…
* How to share content across channels natively
* Technical how-tos for creativity & connection
* Best practices for sharing inspiring, educational and/or entertaining posts
* How to set personal limits on time spent and how to show up consistently without burning out
