Hello! My name's Levi Waterhouse, and I'm the outreach officer for the GT Table Tennis club. This form is for any club member that has any ideas as to what we can add, change or improve in the club. This is completely optional, but I'll make sure to check this form out repeatedly and let leadership know if an issue/idea is demanded.
All ideas are welcomed, but please keep it in the realms of a GT club budget. As much as I would love to invite Ma Long to our club practices, or to fly our team to the next Olympics, those aren't really in our club's reach.
(at least, not yet).
