7/8 LC Lacrosse Registration 2023
Join the 7/8 girls' lacrosse team at LC!

Learn the sport and get a sense for what it feels like to play in a team setting. Lacrosse is one of the fastest growing sports world-wide and there are many opportunities for players at all levels to excel.

TRYOUT CLINIC TUESDAY SEPT 26 3:45-5pm
LOCATION (we are usually out on the grass LCHS fields wherever there is space) 

If you are new to lacrosse you MUST attend the tryout clinic in order to participate in the season. This is a chance to quickly get caught up on basics and see if it's a good fit. There will be no cuts if you attend with a positive attitude and demonstrate willingness to work hard and learn. If you've trained with Coach Mukai this is optional. If you've played Lacrosse before but have not trained with Coach Mukai, please email her at emukai9@gmail.com to see if you need to attend.

Practices begin the first week of October! 
Mondays+Wednesday: 6:30-8p (Turf)

WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE YOU BUY YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT! Please see the buying guide link to the list. You will need goggles, mouthguard, and a WOMENS lacrosse stick. If you'd like to borrow equipment, please email coach Emily before the first practice
