Welcome to the GT Cup Extra Hospitality Order Form

Please only use this form if you are ordering ADDITIONAL hospitality to your entitled x 2 Breakfast & Lunch tickets Saturday and Sunday as part of your entry fee as normal, paper lunch tickets will be issued at circuit.  Please check with Hannah if you have a large order as we are very busy at this round.

Extra Tickets can be booked via this form for combined breakfast & lunch at the price of £30 plus VAT per person per day.  Please note we are extremely busy at this round with many booking having been taken already.  Please contact Hannah before booking any large numbers of guests to avoid disappointment on the day.

We have provided the option of an evening meal for Saturday evening and this can be purchased at the price of £12 plus VAT per person.

Lunch Tickets will be handed out at circuit or can be collected from Steph at the reception hospitality unit.

All meals must be paid for prior to the event by electronic means i.e. BACS/CARD (no cash will be accepted)

Our catering team will be following the strict COVID guidelines as set out by the industry, if you have any food allergies or concerns then please do not hesitate to contact us and we will provide an appropriate alternative.
