When you download, install, open, browse, register, log in, use (collectively, "Use") Fixest and related services, we will collect, store, use, share, disclose and protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this policy, please do not use our services.

I. Face Data Policy

1.We analyze your photos to find out the feature points (such as eyes, nose, mouth points) of your face in the photos for face processing. We do not collect face data. After the analysis process, all data will be deleted and no data will be saved. Refusal to provide the above information may prevent you from using the core functions, but will not affect the normal use of other functions and services.

2.In order to provide you with "special effects" or related effects, we need to identify the face features (e.g. eyes, nose, mouth points).

The complete process is:

(1) You submit your selected photo to our server in an encrypted format;

(2) The server analyzes the face data in your photos and applies it to the content you have selected;

(3) The server returns the final rendering to you via the application after the composition is complete;

(4) The final rendering of the composite is temporarily stored in encrypted storage and will be permanently deleted after a certain period of time.

Once the compositing process is complete, we will delete the face images you submitted to the server immediately.

3.We do not share your face data with any third party, nor do we store any face information you submit, and your uploaded photos will be deleted after the analysis process is complete.

II. Personal information we collect and use

(A) When you use the [Fixest] function, you may obtain the following permissions for your terminal device.

1. Camera Usage

When you use the shooting feature, we will need to obtain CAMERA shooting access to your device. This permission requires your authorization, and if you refuse to provide it, it will only prevent you from using the feature, but will not affect your normal use of other features of the product and/or service, which you may refuse or turn off through your device when we ask you for authorization.

2.Device Status Permissions

During your use of [Fixest], in order to remember your identity, analyze your usage, and identify you as our user, we will need to obtain device READ_PHONE_STATE permission to read phone status and collect your device's IMSI, IMEI number, AndroidID information (personal information). This permission requires your authorization and permission. If you refuse to provide it, you will only be unable to use the function, but it does not affect your normal use of the product and/or other functions of the service.

3. Permission to read external memory

When you add pictures from your phone's album to [Fixest] to create videos, we will need to get permission to read external memory from your device READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE and collect information (personal information) about the pictures in your phone's storage space. This permission requires your authorization and refusal to provide it will only prevent you from using this function, but will not affect your normal use of other functions of the product and/or service.

4. Permission to write to external memory

When you use [Fixest] to save the final composite video to the album, we will need to get your device WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission to write to external memory and write your video information (personal information) to the phone storage space. This permission requires your authorization and refusal to provide it will only prevent you from using this feature, but will not affect your normal use of other features of the product and/or service.

（B) Personal information we collect and use directly

1. Registration, authentication, login and related services

You can use [Fixest] related services by logging in as a guest. If you refuse to provide authorization, you will not be able to use this feature, but it will not affect your normal use of other features of [Fixest].

2. Provide you with photo editing features or services

The photo editing feature is one of the core functions of "[Fixest]". In order to implement this feature, we may collect and use the following information or permissions:

(1) Information about your actions, usage behavior, including browsing preferences, and production preferences;

(2) Information that you voluntarily provide, including uploaded photos;

(3) Sensitive permissions that we may ask you to authorize to read/modify the contents of/in the SD card when you import images for production. If you refuse to provide authorization, you will not be able to use the function of saving pictures to albums, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of [Fixest].
