Objective of Department of Disease Control, Ministry of Public Health’s survey to identify knowledge, attitude, risk perception and health behavioral practices regarding COVID-19 and on COVID-19 vaccine. This survey results will not be affected entering to Thailand or seeking healthcare service in Thailand of individual but support Thailand government to created prevention and control measurement including COVID-19 vaccination for Thai residents, foreigners and migrant workers.
