Brief outline of the day

Objectives

 - To have fun, connect, share concerns and generate a sense of solidarity. To explore how may we work together to help our organisations survive the next year.
 - To generate useful discussions - as determined by the members - and actions points for members and the BFT staff team
 - To introduce new project leader, their vision and allow them to get to know the groups
 - To meet, face to face, the growing number of members from the South-West. This would be a good opportunity to foster those regional connections.

11.15 Matchmaking – have a burning question to ask another Better Food Trader? An opportunity to talk to a number of hosts on a range of topics.

2.15 Open Space “What do we need to do (together as an alternative food retail movement, and as individual members) to survive the next year?”

Covid considerations: we will follow government advice but will also provide hand sanitiser and encourage people to bring masks if they want to use them.
