The James Paget Maternity and Neonatal Voice Partnership are looking to add in service user voice when working with midwives, neonatal staff and doctors around supporting parents with infant feeding during their pregnancy and postnatal period.mThe purpose of this survey is to develop staff training surrounding supporting parents with infant feeding during their pregnancy and postnatal period.
We must take a look at our service and work to ensure that no group, community or individual is discriminated against. We are hoping to gain some insight through this survey about how people experience maternity care, to help us assess equality across our department.
