In order to accommodate members who are unable to travel to Indianapolis for the conference, we will be scheduling virtual panels to take place during the same time as the in-person conference. Each panel, or roundtable, or individual paper presenter will need to decide in which format they wish to present. We ask that the organizers of all the panels and roundtables consult with their group and collectively choose either the in-person or the virtual format. We cannot offer 'hybridity" within each panel. We ask that everyone be aware and sensitive to differences in employment status, rank, and any other relevant factors when reaching a consensus.
