Dear Potential PA Maths Member School,

We welcome new schools to join our programme and hope to work with you in the coming year, supporting maths teaching and the development of your teachers.

You can use this form to confirm that your school would like to join as a PA Maths Member School for 2021-22, or to enquire about membership details if you are not sure yet about joining.

If you are joining as a member, we will get back in touch with you to confirm all details of your membership before invoicing you. If you are not sure if you want to join yet we will get back to you to give you more information.

If you are joining, would you like to order any printed copies of the PA Maths Planning Document at £20 per copy plus postage? (only available to schools who become members). Please state how many copies.

If you are joining, please let us know the name and email address of the finance contact in your school for our records so that we can send them the invoice.(We will confirm all details with you before invoicing.)
