Saturday, Oct. 22nd - Middle School Ultimate Frisbee Tournament (grades 5 - 8) Interest Survey
Please fill out this survey so we know how many athletes plan to participate on Saturday, October 22nd.  Your feedback will help us determine which grade should go in the morning or in the afternoon.  The morning session would begin at 8:00AM.  The tournament will be approximately 4 hours long for each group (5th and 6th form one group and 7th and 8th form the other group). The format of the tournament will be determined by how many participants we have sign up - 3 on 3 or 5 on 5 for 5th and 6th grade and 5 on 5 or 7 on 7 for 7th and 8th grade.  Thank you!!
