Direct Appeal VP: attends all PTSA Board and Association meetings, sends out direct appeal donation mailers. (school year job)
Auditor:  attends all PTSA Board and Association meetings,  audits the books and financial records of a PTA to determine their accuracy.
7th Grade VP: attends all PTSA Board and Association meetings, coordinates with76th grade Teachers to work with the PTSA. Often continues on to be 8th Grade VP. (school year job)
Fall Celebration: Coordinates volunteers, food trucks, booths, auctions. Works with school on schedule and timing. (TBD)
Website editor: edits SMS PTSA website as needed
Dine Out Coordinator: Arranges dining out fundraising events with local restaurants (3-4 times over the school year)
Nominating committee member: recruits for PTA board positions for the next school year, submits report at PTA meetings. (February-March)
Parent Education Coordinator: Arranges parent education events for the school community
Volunteer Coordinator: recruits volunteers for the PTSA and school (school year job)
Renaissance (3 times a year, dates TBD)
Book Fair: Coordinate with the SMS Library to bring the Scholastic Book fair to SMS. Recruit volunteers for Brunch, Lunch and after school shifts. Open some evenings -- coordinate with school. (Spring)
International Block Party: Chair coordinates ambassadors for single evening event. Ambassadors set up booths representing their country -- small budget available for some disposable supplies. (Spring)
Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week:  Coordinate to celebrate teachers and staff with brunch, daily treats, decorating the staff room, appreciation notes, and gifts/ a game for staff (May)
Teacher and Staff Appreciation (All Year) : Coordinate to celebrate teachers and staff (school year job)
Volunteer Appreciation: Celebrate PTSA's volunteers (end of year)
PTA Reflections: Coordinates marketing,  collecting entries, judging and submission to PTA Council by deadline for the PTA Reflections program in the fall (September-October)
