Session Description
Outdoor sessions are approximately 2.5 hours in length and graduates are photographed at Alumni Walk, the University of Guelph sign (at the corner of Gordon and College Ave) and the Gryphon statue. Multiple poses are taken at each location.  Unfortunately, we aren’t able to add additional locations to our pre-planned route.

**Outdoor sessions are not private sessions.  We schedule up to 6 graduates per session.

After the session, the photographer will select the best 13-15 poses to include in your online gallery.  Selections are made based on a number of factors including lighting and facial expression so we don’t guarantee that you will receive specific poses in your gallery.


Sitting fee
The $60(tax included)/person sitting fee is due when you arrive for your appointment.  We accept debit/credit and cash.  If you will be paying in cash, please bring exact change.

Your gown, hood and a selection of props are included, but feel free to bring some props of your own for a more personalized experience!

In addition to your portrait session, you will receive a complimentary digital copy of your graduating class composite. **Please note that your sitting fee does not include any additional printed/digital products.

Groups We are happy to accommodate groups!  Schedule an outdoor session at the same time as your friends so that we can include some images of all of you celebrating together in your gallery.  

**An additional fee of $5 per person applies for group images.

Weather
Sessions will be rescheduled due to heavy rain or thunder and lightning but they will proceed in light rain.  We have some umbrellas at the studio which can be incorporated into the session if you wish.

We will do our best to contact you 2 hours prior to your appointment if we need to reschedule the session due to inclement weather but that may not always be possible. 

We will also try to reschedule the appointment as close as possible to your original appointment but timing will depend on the availability in the schedule and we cannot guarantee that rescheduling will always be possible.  What to wear for your session Outdoor sessions are a great opportunity to include some fun, casual graduation images in your proof gallery.  Wear something that will look great with the gown open!

The session will include a variety of poses, including full length images so your shoes may be visible.  **There is a lot of walking involved in the session. If the shoes you want to be photographed in are not appropriate for walking long distances, please bring a comfortable pair to change into.

Bottle popping images
If you wish to bring a bottle of something bubbly to include in some of your images, please remember that only non-alcoholic beverages are permitted.

To prevent spills and drips on the gowns and hoods, bottle popping images will be taken in a graduation cap and whatever you are wearing under the gown.
