Criteria Process for the applicant is below.
    [Recently we have got approval for BBA/BA students as well]
    BSc, BCA, BCom, BBA,BA Graduates (year of passing 2019 or 2020 or 2021 ) from Diverse Socioeconomic Background
    No active backlogs during application and on boarding
    Maximum 1-year gap in education (post 10th standard till completion of graduation)

    Candidates should not have appeared for Accenture recruitment process in the last three months
    Willing to relocate all over India in Accenture centers.

    Communication Skills should be good in English

Selection process

Candidates will be assessed on Cognitive skills (elimination round) which comprises English and Analytical skills. Next round will be a communication assessment (non-elimination round), followed by a video interview.

 
Compensation-240000/Anum(CTC)

Online Training will be provided by Anudip Foundation.
For the batch and training Anudip Foundation will charges a very nominal Registration fee ie, Rs 1150/- INR only (One Thousand One Hundred Fifty Only Payment can be made online with UPI and offline at BIT Center BIT More Ranchi ), the fee may get reimbursed as students maintain 95% attendance, appears regularly for their test & interview processes and gets the Job and continues for a period of at least 6 months.

CE (Communicative English)

LoR (Logical Reasoning)



 Online Training Duration - Two to Three months (May be selected earlier based on the performance)
