My 1st Coach Parent Education Workshop Series (5 x 90min): For parents who are keen to learn more about what to consider as their parent's 1st coaches, have hands-on practice on game creation and exploration of FMS as well as join a community of fellow parents who would like to find out more about how to help their child Discover, Explore and Experiment different movement skills and also healthy habits!

3. My 1st Coach Train-the-Trainers Programme (2 x 6h + Attachment):  For educators, coaches, administrators, parents who are keen to conduct similar programmes for other 1st coaches!

4. SG-Coach Level 1 Coaching Fundamental Movement Skills (Full Integration) Coaching Course (5-6 full days plus Attachments and assessment): For potential coaches who are keen to be on our National Registry of Coaches and coach Fundamental Movement Skills as a profession.
