The rich history of Ashfield includes a distillation company in the late 1800s for mint products. The mint has lived on in our riversides and marshes with great abundance. We will learn about this history, harvest mint and distill it with a 20 gallon wood fired still owned by Greg Disterhoft of Montague. 

Farm store will be open and mint ice cream served!
