Please fill out the following proposal form for the student alliance meeting. It will be formally written on your behalf.

Your proposal will be put forward during the next student alliance meeting on Tuesday and most likely processed by the end of the day. Your name and information will be kept private during the vote and will only be viewed by the student alliance treasurer Lena Wright, adjunct faculty member for mutual aid Art Hazelwood, and Carly Shuman to distribute funds.

Note: Student Alliance activities funds are limited given the time of the year, and we may only be able to partially fund your request.
