Sign up to chaperone the upcoming dance: Haunted Homecoming (October 6, 2023 6:30PM-10:30PM). It will be located in Lowell's courtyard. We appreciate your consideration!
If you're not able to chaperone this events, more opportunities to chaperone will be shared throughout the year. This form is so we can contact parents about chaperoning at future LSA events
Food will be provided for all events. Basic responsibilities include supervising students, looking out for safety, watching entrances during check-in to prevent outsiders from coming in, guiding students out of the event, etc. There will always be a chaperone safety meeting before an event.
