As a downtown Carlisle retail merchant, we offer you a free exhibition area where you can sell merchandise, promote your store and drive foot traffic to your location.
If you are located on West High Street your space will be in front of your business unless you request an alternate location.
The DCA has a permit and provides liability insurance for this event and its vendors. You are not allowed to lease/sub-lease the front of your buildings/sidewalks during the festival.
(Downtown eateries are offered the same benefit, but will be placed in the food area.)

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
Booths will be centered in the middle of High Street in quadrants, meaning groups of (4) 10'x10’ spaces.
All exhibitors must provide their own tent, tables with coverings, chairs and display material.
Set up time begins at 6am. Each exhibitor must be ready to conduct business by 10am.
Teardown starts at 5pm, must be finished by 7pm. All trash must be removed from the street.
Merchants must personally attend their booth and be present for the day's event. Booths must remain set up for the entire duration of the event, which will be held rain or shine.
