Take on College Short-Term Mentorship Sign Up Request
Please read before signing up: This is the sign up form for a ONE-TWO TIME ESSAY EDIT service. We offer one time edits for common app/coalition essay, personal statement, supplemental essays, resume, cover letter, or scholarship essays. This service is intended for 1-2 meetings between a mentor. If you are seeking more help, please consider signing up for our long term mentorship program.

Take on College is a nonprofit that offers free services to all. However, we have a limited amount of volunteer mentors. The earlier you sign up before your deadline, the more likely we are able to take you on as a student. Please sign up at least 3 weeks in advance so we have time to process and revise your essay together.

If there are less than 3 weeks to your application deadline, there is a possibility that we will not be able to accommodate you. If you are already enrolled in college counseling services that are supporting you and reading over your essays, we encourage you to save spots for others.
