The Climate Corner CIC is dedicated to having positive environmental impacts through the rewilding of purchased land. It is governed by students within the environmental sciences to provide them with the opportunity to have a direct impact on the environment and act as an area for investigation, research and study.

The company is managed by the students who benefit from it. In order to accomplish this, all students who wish to take part and make a difference must apply for Voting Membership.
This membership will enable them to help govern the company through voting and acting on a committee. Voting Members will have access to the land that is purchased as well as be at the forefront of a new, innovative enterprise that enables students to take charge, and make a difference.

Voting Membership requires a successful application, which is reviewed by the Director and Committee. Membership fees are available in either a monthly payment of £8.99, set up via direct debit over 12 months, or one payment of £100. The money raised from memberships will be used to purchase the land for rewilding, and for any purposes that will assist in The Climate Corner CIC aiding the company including; land maintenance, buying equipment and marketing. Once a member has completed their £100 payment through one payment or completed their 12 monthly installments, they are encouraged to continue donating towards the project.

Students are also able to apply to become a Board Committee Member. This places them onto a board permanently, offering a larger voting right in the company. All students will be placed into a Rota Committee, where the members will take turns on voting and management, and voicing the opinions of other members not on the Committees.
