This competition is run under British Eventing rules and those on the schedule.

All riders must ensure they have third party liability insurance cover.

Only horses that are entered are permitted onsite. Please contact the secretary if you need to bring a companion.
Do NOT skip out horseboxes onto the car park field. Immediate fine of £30 to Cornwall Air Ambulance.

No entries accepted without payment being made in full before closing date of entries.

Withdrawals must all be in writing to tokenburyhire@hotmail.com before the closing date.
Refund of entry after closing date only on production of vet’s or doctor's certificate. Withdrawals are subject to £3.00 admin fee per entry.
STRICTLY NO RIDER CHANGES - YOU MUST MAKE A NEW ENTRY BEFORE THE CLOSE OF ENTRIES.

Each competitor is responsible for bringing their own number bib and paper numbers. Failure to provide either will mean they are not permitted to ride.

The Organisers reserve the right to cancel the event, alter classes, times and prizes or to refuse any entry. Refunds will be at the discretion of the organisers.

Results will be posted on our website after the competition has finished. Commentator will announce results throughout day. Collect Rosettes on day - only posted if you provide an SAE.

The organisers and landowners do not accept responsibility for any accident or loss which may occur to horses, persons or property however caused in connection with this event. Riders will ride at own risk.
