1. All payments are made through Paypal or Venmo. All invoices are sent in U.S. dollars
2. The artist will provide preliminary sketches to the customer and work with the customer to the create the desired composition. Once the customer chooses and agrees on a sketch, then the artist will move to working on the final piece.
3. After the final sketch is approved half payment is due. When the piece is completed and shipped, then the second half is due.
4. The customer can use the final art piece for any non-commercial purpose that they choose (posting it to their social media, printing it for personal use or gifting, etc).
5. The artist will retain the right to display the finished piece in their social media and in their portfolio.
