Patient Travel Award Application
The Society of Participatory Medicine (SPM) patient travel award is designed to help patient and caregiver members of the Society to attend conferences and share their participatory medicine story. The award is intended to help with travel expenses (e.g., hotel, transportation, meals, or other travel-related costs) up to $599 per recipient/per year. 

You must read and review the Patient Travel Award Guidelines before submitting an application. Your submission of an application denotes your acceptance and agreement of the Patient Travel Award Guidelines.
