Forum12: Web3 Summit Sponsorship Reservation
Please fill out the form below to apply to be a sponsor and to reserve a booth/table space in the exhibition hall at the Forum12 Christian Web3 Summit happening on January 25-27th 2023 at Oral Roberts University (ORU) in Tulsa, OK. You can also sponsor the event in other ways without a booth if you're interested. If you have any questions, or would like to discuss a custom sponsorship opportunity, please reach out to hello@forum12.com. 

We will be reserving spots for table/booths in exchange for helping to sponsor the event.

Pricing information is:
Package 1: $1k
Package 2: $3k
Package 5: $5k

Booth dimensions:
– Table: 6ft long x 3ft wide

– Banner backdrop dimensions: 7ft tall x 8 ft wide

Recommendations on what to bring:

– Brochures, pamphlets, giveaways, iPad or monitor for your table/booth.
– A table banner (that hangs underneath the front of the table)

– Please bring your own tablecloth for the table as well

– Pull up banners as well if you would

– If you have clamps that you can bring as well to attach the backdrop banner to the backdrop display that would be great as well. We will try to provide this, but there is no guarantee.
