For Preteens completing 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th Grades
Cost: $235 = $50 Deposit + $185 Balance

After completing this form, please mail your $50 deposit/camper ASAP to secure your spots. Groups with paid deposits will have preference over those who have unpaid deposits & camp spots fill quickly! Please make checks to PONDEROSA with MEMO: PEAK PRETEEN CAMP and mail to 15235 Furrow Rd, Larkspur, CO 80118. You will have until May 15th to confirm numbers & still be able to roll any unused deposits into your balance due.

Once this Group Reservation form is complete, you will receive an email confirmation & registration link to "CampDoc"- which will also be availabe on our website. You have permission to share this with Adult Sponsors and Parents of preteens via text, email, social media & church website.

Ponderosa's desire is that every COLORADO PRETEEN who wants to come to camp - gets to! Help us do this by creatively fundraising, involve your church/community, set up a payment plan for your families & communicate deadlines earlier than ours. Watch for regular texts/emails to help you stay on track. LET US KNOW HOW WE CAN HELP!
