WPCL Card Application
You may complete a card application online.  Give us a call when you plan to come visit us and we'll have the card waiting for you at the Circulation Desk.  Driver's License or other proof of local address must be shown at the Circulation Desk at the time of pick up.  Please read WPCL's policies prior to completing a WPCL card application.  Policies can be found on the About & Services tab of our website.

If you live outside of the Pleasant Valley School District, WPCL is not your home library.  Please obtain a library card from your home library prior to applying for a WPCL card and bring that card with you when picking up your WPCL card.  If your home library card does not contain a blue "access" sticker, please do not use this form and call WPCL at 570-992-7934.

Please note: cards not picked up within 6 months of the application date will be deleted.
