ETSC 2024 - Extra Nights
Welcome to the European Transplant Games Extra Nights Booking Form! 
If you wish to extend your stay beyond the event dates, please fill out the following form to reserve additional nights at your chosen accommodation. 

Notes: 
- Extra nights bookings are only available to participants registered in the ETSC 2024;
- Extra nights include breakfast and touristic taxes;
- Extra nights need to be selected on the same accommodation category as the nights during the event;
- Extras nights will all be selected for the same room type;
- Please use the same email address that you used when registering to ETSC;
- If you choose a twin or double room, please indicate the name of the person you are sharing with; 
- After submitting the form, the LOC will review your request and you will soon receive a link for payment.

Below you can find the prices per room per night for the extra nights:

» Youth Hostel - Twin Room - 2 persons = 70 €

» University - Double Room - 2 persons = 70 €
» University - Single Room - 1 person = 50 €

» Hotel 3* - Twin Room - 2 persons = 130 €
» Hotel 3* - Single Room - 2 persons = 120 €

» Hotel 4* - Twin Room - 2 persons = 160 €
» Hotel 4* - Single Room - 2 persons = 145 €
