Please RSVP below for the American Indian Cultural District's (AICD) CHHESS (Cultural Heritage Housing Economic Sustainability Strategies) Community Visions #3 on Wednesday
Purpose: Save The Date! We invite the local American Indian community to join us for the third American Indian Cultural District (AICD) Community Visions Gathering on Education Wednesday, November 29th from 5:00 PM - 8:30 PM; 325 Sanchez Street, SF. (Sanchez Elementary School Auditorium).
Community Visions Focus Group Three: Education is focused on gathering feedback on what resources, support, programs, events, and spaces we should prioritize in our cultural district to support Pre K-12, higher education, and cultural education.
All feedback gathered from each AICD Focus Group Gathering and online surveys will be used to help shape an official community-driven strategies report called the CHHESS Report (Cultural Heritage Housing Economic Sustainability Strategies Report). The CHHESS report is a three-year planning document outlining community driven priorities which will be adopted by the San Francisco Board of Supervisors and the Mayor to guide allocation of resources and support to meet the needs of the local American Indian community.
Light refreshments and dinner will be served to guests that RSVP’d. There will be a raffle of Eighth Generation goodies, AICD merch, and more.
