Health and Safety Information
The school/ parent/ caregiver is responsible for passing on any health and safety information, including medications, to the organisers on the day.
Students will be required to stay on site all day and must be collected at 2.45pm unless we have been notified of other arrangements.
In the case of emergency or health concerns we will contact the number provided above.
A Risk Management form and further information on access and programme details will be provided.
We will follow all COVID-19 Protection Framework requirements that are relevant  at the time of the classes including vaccine passes/ mask-wearing etc.
We will ask for names and ages for each of the pupils ahead of the classes.
Payment
Thank you for registering.
We will invoice you for the spaces booked. Please ensure payment by the invoice due date to confirm spaces in the class. Please note that cancellations must be made with 48 hours notice for full refund.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
