Designing a Group Coaching Program for Moms with ADHD... Let's brainstorm!
I'm designing a Group Coaching program that will start in the near future (high likelihood Spring 2023.)

This coaching group will provide strategies both for the soft skills and tangible strategies for managing your ADHD:

1) Understanding your ADHD and Emotional Regulation - building your awareness of why you function the way that you do, and how to build resiliency and strength around the emotional parts of ADHD so you feel calm and confident about how you act every day as well as how you treat your family

2) Time Management Mastery - creating your daily routines so that you feel less stressed about your day and all that you are responsible for, so that you feel calm and confident about your schedule

You'll be the first to know when it's ready. No pressure to join, though!
