23/24 EHHS JR/SR Sign-in Form
Junior/Senior Sign-in is a privilege. Students who have 1st period study halls Monday-Thursday and 3rd period study hall on Friday are eligible for Sign-in. Students need to arrive before the next class period begins.
General Guidelines for Sign-in are:
Students must notify EHHS administration of their intent to Sign-in at the beginning of each semester by filling out this form.
Students must arrive and be signed in by the beginning of the second period of the day. Upon arrival on school grounds, students must enter the building immediately. Loitering in the parking lots or on school grounds can result in loss of privilege.
Administration reserves the right to suspend or revoke JR/SR Sign-in for any of the following conditions:
Received a grade of a D or F for any class on a report card
Accumulation of four or more unexcused tardies.
Suspension from school or a record of defiance of school rules and expectations
Once approved, student will be notified when Sign-in privileges will begin.
