'22 Individual Graduation Plan
Dear Class of 2022,   I still need to plan with you for your senior year through your Individual Graduation Plan.

Please complete this form within the next 7 days to finalize your course requests for next year after you have researched your options.

Unless you request a phone conference, I will send you an email with a copy of your IGP attached with your course requests.

Remember, you must apply to PTC to take their courses, so you will need to follow their instructions, their requirements, and their schedule to actually enroll in their classes. The Dual Enrollment Registration Forms are due to me by April 21st. Please send these to my email and I can add birth certificates and test scores (if you have a test score) to them before sending to PTC. https://www.ptc.edu/admissions/dual-enrollment

PIEDMONT TECHNICAL COLLEGE - Abbeville County School District has *articulation agreements* with Piedmont Technical College for the following courses for the 2020-2021 school year which means that it will post onto the student's high school transcript at the Dual Enrollment GPA weight. You must follow the application and registration process for PTC DE as well as meet requirements: 3.0 GPA on SCUGP & 1020 PSAT or SAT (waived 21-22).

LANDER UNIVERSITY DUAL ENROLLMENT - Abbeville County School District has *articulation agreements* with Lander University for the following courses for the 2020-2021 school year which means that it will post onto the student's high school transcript at the Dual Enrollment GPA weight.      6 hours=Free;  $100 per credit hour over 6 hours ($ - Fees and cost of books may be incurred.) You must follow the application and registratoin process for Lander University DE. as well as meet requirements: 3.5 GPA on SCUGP & 900 PSAT or SAT (waived 21-22)
