In preparation for each training session I advise hydrating properly, typical ratio for proper hydration requires half your body weight in ounces of water. If you weigh 100 lbs (50 ounces) if you weight 150 lbs (75 ounces) etc.
For each class I would recommend bringing:
- Comfortable, snug fitting running shoes
- T-shirt & Shorts, unless the weather calls for other clothing
- Water (adding lemon helps with water retention)
**No sugary drinks (Powerade, Gatorade, Juice etc.) These increase rate of dehydration due to the high levels of sugar.
- Any medical devices (Epipen, inhaler etc.)
- Positive attitude :)
