If your child has been exposed to a positive case and you would like them to participate in the Test to Stay at school, please complete the following information.

List ALL dates your child needs to be tested for this exposure. You do not need to fill this out each day!

Requests received AFTER 7 am will begin testing the following day.

If you have not already done so, you need to complete the Test to Stay Waiver (found in the Monday Memo) for EACH child in order to give consent for us to test. Without consent, the school will not test a child.

*Please note Test to Stay is a modified quarantine to keep the child in school. The student should quarantine from all sports/extracurriculars but is allowed to attend school due to the fact the school has Covid guidelines and safety measures in place in accordance with the local health department and CDC. At this time, the CSAA does not allow Test to Stay participants to practice or play sports.

If your child were to test positive, the office will call you. Calls will not be made for negative test results.

Your child should arrive to school their normal way, go to homeroom, and they will be sent to the office.

Parents need to notify the homeroom teacher of the dates the child(ren) should be sent to the office to test.

Parents should not enter the office because we cannot have too many people in that space at one time. Parents can wait in the car if needed. Thank you for your continued support!
