OUR 2021 SALE OF MEMORIAL SIGNS IS NOW CLOSED AS OF 10/3/21.

We will have a designated place called, "Memorial Mile" on the race route where customized memorial signs will be displayed. These signs are made to last and can be taken home after the event to be displayed in your yard for years to come!

The cost of this sign is $45 a piece, which is almost the total worth of a Hope Box made and provided by our chapter. Therefore, the purchase of this sign will also sponsor a Hope Box, which will be made in honor of the baby the sign is made for. We will be putting these boxes together at our 2021 event, so we hope you will be present to assemble it, but either way there will be a box with the baby's name on it. So not only will you get a special sign, but there could also be a future Hope Mom blessed by the legacy of your sweet baby in heaven.

New this year, we will also include a small solar light to be displayed under the sign to shine light as it becomes dark outside. You will also be able to take this home with your sign.

This sale will close on Sunday, October 3rd. The signs will then be created, printed, and displayed at our 2021 5K event on October 16th at Crestview Baptist Church. They will be available to pick up after the conclusion of the event around 7:45pm. If you are not present at the event to pick up your sign we will hold onto it and make arrangements with you to pick up at a later time. SIGNS WILL NOT BE MAILED.

Payment info:
One of the ways to pay for the sign is through our race registration website found on runsignup.com when you register for the event. We also accept credit card, cash, or check (made payable to Hope Mommies). If you choose credit card, a square invoice will be sent via email. If you choose check/cash (money order is best) please mail it to the address provided at the end of this form. The sign must be paid for by October 3rd before it will be sent for production. If you are unable to pay for the sign before that deadline, and would like to pay in person at the event, please email us at westtexas@hopemommies.org to make special arrangements.
