Thursday, November 7 - Saturday, November 9, 2019 on the campus of the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor

Deadline for application is 12:00am ET on Thursday, October 10, 2019.

This application contains FOUR sections.  In the FIRST section you will be asked to complete basic contact information such as name, address, email, etc.  Section TWO contains a variety of questions related to your academic performance.  It may be helpful to have a transcript on hand to help you complete this section.  Section THREE you will need to provide the name and email address of one faculty reference. The FINAL section asks for some demographic and background information.

Application review is conducted on a rolling basis and admission is granted as space permits.  All applicants will be notified of their decision by Friday, October 18, 2019.
