Guardians, please complete this form for your child to participate in after school intramurals. Due to the nature of an online form, entering the parent/guardian's name and student athlete's name will serve as a signature.

Intramural Details

Intramurals is a "drop-in" basis, meaning students can choose when they want to attend--no commitment is required. A variety of activities will be offered including team sports, net games, large group games, and fitness. Intramurals are from 2:30-4pm after school on selected dates. Students can take the activity bus home (with an eligible bus pass) or they will need to arrange a ride home.
