After considerable thought and analysis, we are making plans to move forward with tradition of an 8th Grade Drama Elective and subsequent 8th Grade Play. While the details and logistics are still being defined, one of the key variables in this scenario is how many students will elect to participate in the 8th Grade Play this year. There are many other factors that we are thinking through – students will be wearing masks, students will need to be socially distanced, students will have difficulty singing with masks on, students are currently not mixing with other homerooms, rehearsals and performances may need to take place outside, etc. However, we do believe that with thoughtful, creative approaches we will be able to offer this experience to our 8th Grade students. To that end, please speak with your son/daughter and fill out the form below if he/she plans to sign up for the 8th Grade Drama Elective which will take place during the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th quarters of the 2020-2021 school year.
