1. WORSHIP TEAM - Music connects to the heart. Your work would be to help lead others in worship through playing music. Use your God-given abilities to make a noise that glorifies God and points others to him. You do not have to be an incredible musician… but you do have to be interested in learning, practicing at home, and rehearsing with others!
 
2. MEDIA TEAM - An important part of our ministry is the space we gather in. We can use technology to enhance the physical environment. Your work will be to help cultivate a climate of transformation through great Audio, Visual, & Lighting technology.
 
3. CONNECTION TEAM -  Did you know that most people decide if they are coming back to a place in the first 30 seconds of arriving? Your work would be to help create a warm first impression: welcoming people as they come in and helping new people connect to others. This team cultivates community & relationships through kindness.
 
4. WALL-BREAKER TEAM - God made fun. Your work is to help provide opportunities for us to have fun together. Having fun together breakdowns relational barriers and helps us open up to each other. Your work would be to help plan and lead group games & ice-breakers.
 
5. HANDS & FEET TEAM - Ministry requires physical work. Chairs need to be moved. Tables and equipment need to be set up. Your work would be to help facilitate spiritual growth through physical work.
 
6. SOCIAL MEDIA TEAM - Interaction doesn’t have to wait until we are physically in each other's presence. With social media we can interact online throughout the week. Your work would be to help create social community through designing posts and engaging others in social media interaction.
