The deadline for submission of completed workshop proposals is Monday 6 May 2024.

To ensure clarity in the description of the proposed session, please indicate the intended audience.

All sessions are 60 minutes and feedback from past participants encourage:
a) more session content for advanced professionals and/or session content for beginners in the industry 
b) sessions on practical skills and 
c) more sessions that are country and/or region specific 
d) more audience participation and workshops. 

You will see the potential exists to assemble a panel of five, including the workshop chair.

In an effort to avoid duplication of presenters on multiple sessions, we ask that your confirmed panelists refrain from serving on additional sessions. Should you have difficulty in identifying suitable presenters, you are encouraged to contact us for assistance.

EARCOS and CIS endeavor to deliver original session content throughout the Institute program and selection of sessions for the EARCOS-CIS Institute is made with this goal in mind. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT NON-EARCOS AND NON-CIS COUNSELORS AND UNIVERSITY ADMISSIONS REPRESENTATIVES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO ATTEND OR PRESENT.

All session rooms are arranged in theatre style with one table and/or lectern to present from. Overhead projectors will be available in all conference rooms.
