WVU LOCATIONS: Students must check in with bus driver or student helper before loading.
Downtown Campus (Prospect Street – adjacent to Clark Hall) Students need to be ready & waiting at 5:00 pm.
Evansdale Campus (Rawley Street, between Towers & Lincoln Hall) Students need to be ready & waiting at
5:30pm. (Student helper will try to contact any no-shows before they leave each campus)
FAIRFAX LOCATION
Stringfellow Road Park & Ride, 4920 Stringfellow Road, Centreville, VA 22030
Pick up person should be at Park & Ride lot around 9:45. Riders can keep them posted if any delays and when they get to VA, depending on how far your drive is to get there.
Return Trips load at 11:30 AM and leave at 12:00 Noon from the Stringfellow Road Park & Ride.
IMPORTANT NOTES: Payment is due at time of registration and will be confirmed once payment is received. Please allow the volunteers a few days to respond. NO refunds are given and the reservation is non-transferable. Once all 56 seats are filled, a waitlist will be started. Most classes are done by 5:00 before break, but please check class and exam schedule. If a student finishes exams early in the week, they may stay longer than 24 hours if they are riding the bus, they just need to let their RA know.
Other important Items:
1. Suggested Luggage limit is one (1) carry-on & one (1) large or two (2) small suitcases per rider. Please label bags and check tags when you grab your suitcase, especially when we have 50 black ones!
2. There is a restroom on the bus, but some drivers may choose to make a pit stop.
3. Snacks are permitted on the bus, but please clean up any trash.
4. No smoking or alcohol.
