ColPac EDD is collaborating with regional economic development partners to assess what innovation looks like in our region and what tools and resources to support traded-sector entrepreneurship may be lacking at this time. Our work is funded through Business Oregon. We intend to complete a catalogue of talent development resources, understand existing human resources for a possible expert mentor network, identify additional financial tools to support start-ups and expansions, and finally to create a plan to foster innovation and entrepreneurship in Northwest Oregon.
The purpose of this survey is to gather high-level information and opinions about innovation and entrepreneurship in the Col-Pac region: Columbia, Clatsop, and Tillamook Counties for this survey.
