2020-2021 Weekly Meal Order Form
Use this form to order breakfast and lunch for your student at the St. George School.  You can access a copy of the monthly menu here (https://www.stgeorgemsu.org/dining).  

YOU NEED TO COMPLETE THIS FORM ONCE FOR EACH STUDENT EACH WEEK.

We strongly encourage ALL families to complete the Free and Reduced Meal Application (https://www.lunchapplication.com/).  This is a federal program and is provided to students at NO cost to our school district.  This program ensures that qualifying children receive a free breakfast and lunch every day.  In addition, we receive approximately $185,000 in state subsidy if the percentage of our students who qualify for Free and Reduced Meals exceeds the state average.

Right now our percentage is lower than usual, indicating that there may be families who would qualify for the program but who have not yet applied.  If our percentage of students receiving free and reduced meals stays low, we will be at risk of losing $185,000 in state subsidy.  Please, take a moment and complete an application today!

     Chef Salad
     PB&J.  

If you order Hot Lunch on a remote day you will be given PB&J instead.  Place your lunch order below.
